Recurrent training is more than just a box to check off... it's a safety measure to make sure you're keeping your passengers and yourself safe! We can complete the new Epic first year recurrent, which is a hybrid between in airplane and in the sim in Bend.

 Additionally we can do the 2 day recurrent training, this training is for the third or fourth year after delivery. It involves ground training and in airplane training as well. 

Training can be completed at your home airport or we can meet at a different location. 

Training is $1250 flat fee for recurrent training per day plus travel expenses. 

If you have turbine experience or have never graced the flight levels before, flying in an Epic can unlock new horizons and destinations. For some pilots instructing is a means to an end, we look at instructing as an opportunity to help others master their flying skills and taking it to the next level. We take this mentality when we mentor in the Epic, we help guide you to master your plane and we know that every pilot does things just a little bit different and that there isn't one size fits all approach to learning. 

With over 400 hours to flight time in the Epic we know this plane, whether it's a short field or a busy bravo, we have the experience to help you learn how to navigate these situations in a way that prepares you to fly by yourself. 

Rates vary on the length of mentoring, we're always open to find a situation that is mutually beneficial!

If you ever want to enjoy the Epic in the back seat or you're already enjoying the back seat and need a pilot to help fly a trip. We're here to help. Currently we assist with flights for owners who want to do both, enjoy the flight there and relax on the way back from the day of activities! If you need to stay working during the flight but want to still enjoy the take off and landings we're here to help. 

I was raised in a business family and have been around private aviation for sometime, professionalism is at the forefront of what we do. We provide a chock to chock service, if you need help organizing rental cars to hotels or anything in between we can help. 

Rates for contracting are $1,250 per day plus expenses. We're conveniently located near O'hare and can travel to meet you at your home airport. 

If you're too busy to pick a plane up from maintenance or need it brought to maintenance but can't step away from a busy life let us help you. We value professionalism and safety in all flight operations. Having completed ferry flights for maintenance before we're no stranger to the needs of those flights. 

If you're an MRO looking for assistance, we have a perfect safety rating with no accidents or incidents and have been approved by every insurance company we've come into contact with. We're more than willing to help with last minute or routine ferry flights.

Management is at the core of what Compass Aero does, with three happy clients currently we're able to expand and manage aircraft across the national. You might ask how we can be national? We're an early adapter of Crewchief systems and maintain a close connection with Epic staff in Bend. We also have experience with negotiating deals for hanger, aircraft cleaning services, and also maintain a network of Epic contract pilots nationally. If you have questions about taxes, insurance, or maintenance we know who to call to find the answer and provide options and solutions. 

Trusting someone with you plane is no small deal, that's why I'd refer you to any of my past and current clients as a reference. Growing up in a charter bus business and small business family I am no stranger to the hard work that is involved with this. With this service we can meet you where you already are, sometimes complete management isn't the best fit but assisting with operational aspects might be a better fit. 

Rates are variable depending on the amount of management required but for full management of the aircraft it is $20,000 annually. This covers all the day to day operations and hands free management.
